The 3 Pillars of the Vibrant Sensitive Life
Many people have no idea what High Sensitivity is and have a very negative view of it...
SO JUST TO BE CLEAR:
- It does NOT mean that you are a blubbering mess of tears all the time
- It does NOT mean that you are stuck in victim mode all the time and are always complaining about your traumas
- It does NOT mean that when life knocks you down, you stay down
- It does NOT mean that you are overly sentimental and a hopeless romantic and cannot take a joke.
- It does NOT automatically means that you are an Empath (attuned to the living) or that you are a Sensitive (attuned to the dead) and that you are cursed.
And WHY must I clarify this? Because my Highly Sensitive Soul clients are:
Touched deeply by beautiful stories and yes, will shed a tear because of the beauty of it.
Very much aware of their pain and trauma but they have a wicked sense of humor. Humor is their medicine!
Hurt because they have been hearing all their lives that they are 'too much' (too passionate, too sensitive, too loud,etc) but they are ready to fall in love with the full expression of themselves!
Creating the life they want, even though they have been knocked down many a times in their lives!
Highly conscious of their inner and outer world. And they may be empaths or sensitives...but in the end, that doesn't really matter, because they know that they can be in their own power and use their gifts to serve the world.
